Saturday was a sad day for us.
After 5 months of fostering Chance the decision was made to put him to sleep.
He injured his back leg last night and he couldn't walk. He was still loosing weight, wasn't eating or even getting up for us any more. It was his way of saying it was time.
We were able to sit with him during his last moments and comfort him. It was all very peaceful and dignified.
He wont hurt any more.
